Abstract		Evacuation of intraventricular haemorrhage is a new indication for endoscopic neurosurgery. A case of haematocephalus due to rupture of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery aneurysm is presented. A supratentorial intraventricular haematoma was successfully removed neuroendoscopically. This approach can also be used as an effective technique of intraventricular haematoma evacuation.
Summary		Sedaj je možno zdraviti intraventrikelno krvavitev z najnovejšo nevroendoskopsko kirurško tehniko. Prikazujemo primer bolnice s hematocefalusom, ki je nastal kot posledica razpoke anevrizme na arteriji cerebelli posterior inferior. Hematom iz supratentorialnih ventriklov je bil uspešno odstranjen z endoskopom. Nevroendoskopija bi torej lahko bila uspešna metoda za odstranjevanje intraventrikelnega hematoma.
