| Abstract | TRANSPRIORI is a computer program for selection of candidates for cadaveric renal transplantation. The program is developed for IBM/PC computers and their compatibles. It contains list of the patients with Chronic Terminal Renal Insufficiency (CHTRI) who satisfies transplantation conditions. The mean purpose is computerized selection of possible kidney recipients when cadaver-donor is determined. Selection is based on degree of compatibility in HLA-DR, B and A loci. The priority list possible recipients is obtain quickly and the results are objective and complete. | |
