Abstract		In this paper the author presents initial results of original operative technique of the extramedular osteosynthesis (EFIKS). In the period 01.01. to 30. 06. 2006. in the Clinical University Center of Sarajevo we have operated S patients. We have controled healing process, relationship betwen bone - implant, joint s move and possible complications. EFIKS technique is very sufficient in established „biological fixation". Function and definitive results of treatment are satisifactory.
