Abstract		Between all types of psychotic behaviour are patients with schizophrenia most often involved to criminal acts. In absolute numbers are the patients with shizophrenia and agressive behaviour very rare. However, 8% of this patient were involved in agressive acts and ony 2% of people in population in one year period. In absolute number, there were only two patients with schisophrenia involved in agressive acts in comparison with 161 other persons.
