Abstract | Evidence-based medicine approach has found its place in neurological rehabilitation. Modern technologies of diagnostics, evaluation and therapy have been gradually introduced into clinical practice. The article describes the current state of the art in the field of instrumented gait measurement, evaluation and interpretation of kinematic and kinetic movement patterns. The influence of muscular weakness is studied by means of experimental models of walking in neuromuscular diseases. Our original contribution is the development of methodology for selective emulation of muscle contractures in neurologically intact population, which facilitates a more reliable interpretation of secondary changes in comparable clinical cases. | |
Summary | V rehabilitaciji gibalno oviranih oseb se vse bolj uveljavlja koncept z dokazi podprte medicine. Moderne tehnologije, ki služijo za diagnostiko, evalvacijo in terapijo si z velikimi koraki utirajo pot v vsakodnevno klinično prakso. V prispevku predstavljamo trenutno stanje tehnologije in metodologije na področju merjenja hoje in multidisciplinarne interpretacije kinematičnih in kinetičnih vzorcev. Vpliv mišične oslabelosti študiramo s pomočjo eksperimentalnih modelov hoje pri bolnikih z živčno-mišičnimi boleznimi. Naš originalni prispevek je razvoj metodologije, s katero lahko selektivno simuliramo kontrakture posameznih mišičnih skupin pri zdravih preiskovancih, kar omogoča zanesljivejšo interpretacijo sekundarnih sprememb pri primerljivih kliničnih primerih. |
