Abstract     Pendulum test, a method for measuring lower limb spasticity, has found its place in clinical practice in the last twentyfive years. The perfected biomechanical and neurophysiological models provide the test with an appropriate scientific basis. Measurement of grip forces with visual feedback information and a tracking method is an efficient functional test of hand spasticity. A haptic robot and virtual environment enable adaptation of upper limb spasticity testing to the abilities of individual patients.
Summary     Nihajni test je merilna metoda spastičnosti spodnjih ekstremitet, ki si je v zadnjih petindvajsetih letih utrla pot v klinično okolje. Izpopolnjen biomehanski in nevrofiziološki model dajeta nihajnemu testu ustrezno znanstveno podlago. Merjenje sil prijema ob uporabi vidne povratne informacije in metode sledenja predstavlja učinkovit funkcionalen test spastičnosti mišic roke. Haptični robot in navidezno okolje omogočata prilagajanje testiranja spastičnosti zgornjih ekstremitet sposobnostim posameznega bolnika.
