Abstract     The animal experiments on synergic mice C 57 and B1/6 strains were aimed to confirm the hypothesis that human leukocyte interferon alpha in the dose of 5x10 4 IE increased the antitumoral effect of cisplatinum (0.001 mg/g body weight). Throughout the duration of the experiment, mean tumor volumes measured every other day after intraperitoneal application of the substance were significantly lower (95 From days 3-6 inteferon-alpha-2b was given in the dose of 3 MIE/m2 body weight.
