Abstract | Activated T lymphocytes plays an important role in the etiopathogenesis of psoriasis. Activation of lymphocytes is mediated through antigen processing by antigen presenting cells and infiltration of dermis and epidermis by T lymphocytes as a consequence. Activated T lymphocytes are reactivated in the skin and cause the release of different cytokines by other immunocompetent cells, among which TNF-alpha has an important role. TNF-alpha causes hyperproliferation of epidermal keratynocytes, what can be noted as a development of psoriatic lesions. | |
Summary | Za nastanek luskavice imajo pomembno vlogo aktivirani T limfociti, ki jih najdemo v psoriatičnih plakih. Po aktivaciji limfocitov, do katere pride zaradi procesiranja še ne identificiranih antigenov v antigen prezentirajočih celicah, pride do infiltracije dermisa in epidermisa s T-limfociti, kjer se le-ti reaktivirajo. Zaradi reaktivacije pride do izločanja citokinov, med katerimi ima TNF-alfa najpomembnejšo vlogo, saj povzroči pospešeno proliferacijo keratinocitov, kar privede do nastanka psoriatičnih torišč. | |
