Abstract | There are many different systems used for liver dialysis. Their main aim is detoxification in acute liver failure. All used systems are based on simple bio-physical principles of osmosis, convection, diffusion, filtration and plasmapheresis. Authors present a review of currently applied liver dialysis systems (MARS (Molecular Absorbents Recirculation System), SPAD (Single Pass Albumin Dialysis), Prometheus (Fractionated Plasma Separation, Adsorption and Dialysis) and BAL (biological artificial liver)). | |
Summary | Za jetrno dializo so bili uporabljeni številni različni sistemi, ki so skušali bolnikom z akutno jetrno odpovedjo podaljšati življenje ali premostiti čas do transplantacije jeter. Vsi dosedanji sistemi, uporabljeni klinično, temeljijo na preprostih fizikalno-kemijskih procesih kot so osmoza, konvekcija, difuzija, prehajanje (filtracija) skozi polprepustne membrane, separacija krvnih komponent (plazmafereza) in adsorpcija. V prispevku je prikazan pregled doslej razvitih sistemov za jetrno dializo (MARS (Molecular Adsorbents Recirculation System), SPAD (Single Pass Albunim Dialysis), Prometej (Fractionated Plasma Separation, Adsorption and Dialysis) in BAL (biological artificial liver)). | |
