Abstract		Emergency conditions in pregnancy can be divided in two categories: in the first there are those which manifest in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy and in the second there are those which manifest after 20 weeks of pregnancy. There are 9 characteristical signs and symptoms which can represent complications in the pregnancy and require urgent treatment. There are vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, fever, vaginal clear fluid discharge, nausea, vomiting, reduced fetal movement, swelling, visual disturbances or a headache.
Summary		Nujna stanja v nosečnosti lahko razdelimo na dve kategoriji - na tista, ki se pojavijo v prvih 20-ih tednih nosečnosti in tista, ki se pojavijo po 20. tednu. Razlikujemo 9 značilnih znakov in simptomov, ki lahko kažejo na pojav zapletov v nosečnosti in zahtevajo nujno ukrepanje. To so krvavitev iz nožnice, bolečine v trebuhu, vročina, odtekanje bistre tekočine iz nožnice, slabost ali bruhanje, zmanjšanje števila zaznanih plodovih gibov, močno zatekanje, moten vid ali močen glavobol.
