| Abstract | Background We have presented the patient with POEMS syndrome (Polyneuropathy, Organo megaly, Endocrinopathy, M protein, Skin changes) in which peripheral neuropathy was associated with monoclonal gammopathy and osteosclerotic myeloma. The clinical picture, diagnostic procedures, the course of the disease and the treatment are discussed. |
