Abstract		Maybe it is npt possible to discuss the sexual assaults on children as a tabu to such on extent as we could some years ago. But in spite of the fact, that awareness of this sort of abuse is considerable, the comprehension of the thruths, which are of essential significance for an easier and proper identification of sex assault, is slower. Printed preventive brochures can be of use, but first of all the recognizing of problem with the collaboration of agensies and institutions, which deal both with the victim and the suspect. Besides, it is necessary to consider the role of individual institution and the necessity for the insight of its work. Article only raises the question of perhaps the most sensitive part of joint collaboration, i.e. the registration of criminal offence to the detriment of children and interacting cooperation in this work. It is impossible to present these themes in such a short article, but it may neverheless awaken the reflection and contribute to the search of the most adequate way of dealing with these children.
