| Abstract | Sample analysis of the whole-day nutrition in Ljubljana has shown that the average daily meal contains 2/3 of relatively cariogenic food (foodstufls and dishes) and only 1/3 of non-cariogenic resp. anticariogenic food. As our daily nutrition owing to ever better prevention of heart and circulatory diseases and cancer will change into a carbohydrate type, the accustoming of the population to proper nutrition regime and oral higiene in the prevention of dental caries is ever more important. | |
