Abstract		Paniculitides is a heterogenous group of diseases, which affect subcutaneous tissue. Histological classification is based on affected part of the adipose tissue (lobular vs. septal vs. mixed), and on the presence/absence of systemic symptoms. Associated conditions (lipoatrophy or lipidistophy) can occur in any of these conditions. Author discuss common diseases from the clinical and histological point of view.
