Abstract		Eighteen years old male with bilateral pulmonary infiltrates, hypoxia and hemoptysis was diagnosed with Goodpasture syndrome. We present a retrospective analysis of the clinical decision making that lead to the diagnosis and the analysis of the treatment course. Retrospective analysis puts into question the accuracy of the diagnosis and thereby also questions the in dication for several months of treatment with methylprednisolone and cyclophosphamide.
