Abstract		A comparative analysis of motor structure of 195 boys and 183 girls, aged 5 - 5,5 was made by comparing some factor analyses and the analysis of variance. Wit both sexes motor structure was defined by a thirteen-factor system. Equal structures were found in the space of explosive power of the arm extensors, in sequence speed, in complex motor abllities with cortical regulation of the movement, in the ability of reorganizing movement stereotiypes and in the balance on one foot. Partly different motor structures were found in repetitive strength of the legs, in functional capacities of the up-to 300 m run, and in the abilities of handling the ball. Totaly different motor structures between the sexes occured in the take-off power, in repetitive strength of the trunk, in the ability of kinaesthetic solving of spacial problems, in coordination of the arms, and in precision.
