Abstract		Biological treatment importantly contributes to the improvement of health status of patients with severe rheumatoid arthritis. Unfortunately, also these drugs have side effects. In this article we want to show a complication - occurrence of severe form of tuberculoses on treatment with biologics at a patient with severe rheumatoid arthritis. We want to note that these patients should be given increased attention because they often do not have classical clinical signs of infections.
Summary		Biološka zdravila pomembno prispevajo k izboljšanju zdravstvenega stanja najtežjih bolnikov z revmatoidnim artritisom. Na žalost imajo tudi ta zdravila stranske učinke. V prispevku želimo prikazati zaplet - pojav hude oblike tuberkuloze ob zdravljenju z biološkimi zdravili pri bolnici s težko potekajočim revmatoidnim artritisom. Opozoriti želimo tudi na povečano pozornost, ki je morajo biti deležni tovrstni bolniki, saj infekcije pri njih pogosto potekajo brez klasičnih kliničnih znakov.
