Abstract		The aim of project is to design the health care of school-childnen and youth so that it would - with adapted contents, organization and extent - follow the trends of modern concept of European health strategy, i. e. health promotion and maintenance an investment for the future. At designing of health care for school-children and youth on the primary level we have to take into consideration all the specifities of their developmental stage. It is therefore urgent to retain an active health care, accessibility of health service and an integral treatment for the individual. It is necessary to consider positive and negative factors of the group, to which an individual belongs, and the harmfull effects of his working and dwelling environment.
