Abstract     Cowden's disease is a rare predominantly inherited disease, characterized by mucocutaneous lesions, gastrointestinal polyposis and benign or malignant thyroid and breast tumours. The report deals with a typical case of this disease with emphasis on its importance for otolaryngologists.
