Abstract     Basides favorable therapeutic effects treatment and prevention of acute arterial and venous thrombotic occlusion by antiaggregation, anticoagulant and fibrinolytic substances have also some side effects, especially when all three substances are combined. Most frequent reported side effects are: brain hemorrhages up to 1,3 per cent, systemic bleeding after early invasive diagnostic procedures, or early operation up to 6 per cent, acute anaphylactic shock, or bronchospasm up to 0,7 per cent , serum sickness up to 6 per cent, hypotension with or without bradycardia during infusion of a fibrinolytic substance up to 38 per cent , ventricular arrhythmias up to 6,2 per cent, ventricular tachicardias up to 6,8 per cent and reinfarction up to 20 per cent. In order to avoid the side effects of antiaggregation, anticoagulant and fibrinolytic therapy it is important to identify all the risks - these are all the absolute and relative contraindications of treatment.
