| Abstract | In human habitation two species of Arachnids Dermanyssus gallinae (De Geer 1778) and Argas (Argas) reflexus (Fabricius 1794), were recorded. Both species have been already ascertained in Slovenia. Dermanyssus gallinae is very common in fowl, including industrial rearing facilities. According to the author's, pigeons may spread the parasites through windows, where birds get food. | |
