Abstract		The paper describes the prevention of hemolytic disease in the fetus. RhD immunisation can be prevented by consistently performing and postnatal immunoprophylaxis. Data from literature is stated and the situation in Slovenia is described.
Summary		V preglednem članku opisujemo preprečevanje hemolitične bolezni ploda. Imunizacijo RhD lahko preprečimo z doslednim izvajanjem predporodne in poporodne imunoprofilakse RhD. Zbrani so podatki iz literature in predstavljeno je stanje v Sloveniji.
