Abstract		The article deals with malposition of maxillary incisors in two patients. A very strong retrusion of the teeth in one patient, and a very strong protrusion in the other, caused among other inconveniences also speech troubles: articulatory disorder of the "s" sound. Suitable prosthodontic treatment solved the problem successfully, it also improved the aesthetic appearance of the patients and re -established the normal function of the teeth.
