Abstract		This report is the first (intermediate) phase of the total computer supported estimation of the working ability. The computer program has been made for the searching of compatible code demands of workplace with worker's code of his psychophysical capacities. The evaluation of ability to work has been manifested for single worker and single workplace, for the population of the workers with single workplace or for single worker with the population of workplaces. The needed deerer examinations of a worker and workplace are written out in full in order to put validity and certainty of the characteristic on a satisfying level. The suggestions of needed ergonomic steps have been indicated. The system is earmarked for the improvement estimation of the working ability (occupational health care, medical and disability committees) and to direct the ergonomic steps.
