| Abstract | The following article presents the definition and epidemiology of the most common chronicle diseases in general practice and the management of these diseases in accordance with the evidence based guidelines. The main focus in the article was set on: arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidaemia, asthma, chronicle obstructive pulmonary disease, and osteoporosis. | |
