Abstract		Hemangiomi jeter so najpogostejši benigni tumorji jeter. V prispevku je predstavljen primer bolnice z ogromnim hemangiomom jeter. Naveden je diagnostični postopek s komentarjem možnosti in omejitev scintigrafije jeter z označenimi eritrociti. Konzilij se je glede na le malo težav bolnice odločil za konzervativen pristop - spremljanje bolnice.Hemangiomas are the most common benign tumors of the liver. The paper presents a case of a patient with a giant liver hemangioma. We present the diagnostic procedures and comment possibilities and limitations of liver scintigraphy with labelled erythrocytes. A group of experts decided that the best option for management of patient hemangioma is conservative.
