Abstract		Večina revmatoloških bolezni lahko ima v svojem poteku tudi obdobja s povišano telesno temperaturo. Nekatera pogosteje kot druga. Avtoinflamatorni sindromi so nova skupina stanj, ki jih označujejo obdobja vročine, izpuščajev in serozitisov. Tako družinski zdravniki kot specialisti bi morali te sindrome ponavljajočih se vročin upoštevati pri diferencialni diagnozi. V prispevku bomo opisali le najpogostejše bolezni, pri katerih opažamo povišano telesno temperaturo in nekaj nedavno odkritih oz. opisanih bolezni.Most rheumatic diseases present with fever, some more often than the others. Autoinflammatory syndromes are a newly understood group of conditions characterised by recurrent episodes of fever, rash, and serositis. This article presents some frequent rheumatic diseases that present with fever as well as some relatively recently discovered autoinflammatory diseases.
