Abstract		V prispevku prikazujemo pristop k bolniku z drisko s poudarkom na pomenu natančne anamneze in kliničnega pregleda, ki nas usmerita v nadaljnjo diagnostiko. Opisujemo najpogostejše infekcijske in neinfekcijske vzroke in obravnavamo drisko pri ljudeh z motnjami v imunskem odgovoru.In this article we are describing the propper clinical approach to a patient with diarrhea with emphasis on the meaning of detailed medical history and clinical exam, that direct us to further diagnostics. We are describing the most common infectious and noninfectious causes of diarrhea as with an emphasis on this problem in imunocompromised patient.
