Abstract		Na oddelku za nalezljive bolezni in vročinska stanja se vsakodnevno srečujemo z bolniki, ki imajo vročino. Medicinske sestre se aktivno vključujemo v zdravstveno obravnavo bolnika s strokovno izvedenimi aktivnostmi zdravstvene nege. Pri izvajanju aktivnosti upoštevamo dogovorjene standarde zdravstvene nege in navodila za delo. Z vsem tem zagotavljamo kakovostno in varno zdravstveno nego. Zdravstveno nego načrtujemo in izvajamo v sodelovanju z bolnikom, upoštevamo celostno obravnavamo. V prispevku so predstavljeni različni vzorci vročine in posebnosti zdravstvene nege bolnika z vročino, s poudarkom na zniževanju le te.In the department of infections disease and fevers are daly many patients with fever. Nurses are actively involved in the medical treatmen of a patient with a professional health care activities carried outaccording to the process method works. With qualified staff, subject to agreed standards of nursing care and work instructions. With all this we provide quality and safe care. The article presents the temperature, specific medical care of the patient with fever, with an emphasis on reducing it.
