Abstract		Following a single oral administration of 4-fluoroquionoles the saliva concentrations were measured and pharmacokinetic properties were calculated. The correlation equations were derived by the method of non weighted least squares and shown a good correlation between the rate and extent of adsorption from GI and the rate of permeation in to saliva of 4-fluoroquinolones. The correlations between the rate constants of elimination from the blood and saliva not have been found. Saliva represent a peripheral pharmacokinetic with entrance kinetics influenced by plasma concentrations of 4-fluoroquinolones and the different kinetic of elimination as blood. These findings should be useful in designing of 4-fluoroquinolones.
