| Abstract | The influence of different compression forces and dwell time on physico - technological parameters of tablets with cimetidine were investigated. An increase of compression force decrease porosity, pore diameter, friability, thickness and increase hardness and prolong disintegration time, which has no influence on disolution rate of cimetidine. A change of dwell time, influenced with different compression speed, has no effect on this parameters. It can be concluded that compression of tablet with cimetidine is time independent. | |
