Abstract		Routine determination methodology of residues of tranquillizer azaperone and its main metabolite azaperol in tissues and urine of slaughter pigs was introduced. We followed the published methods, including the modifications, which accustomed the foreign methodology to the working conditions of the "home" lab. The introduced methods with validation parameters completely correspond to the EEC criteria about the analytics of the drug residues in food of animal origin.
