Abstract		Tujki v prebavni cevi so le redko vzrok nujnega stanja. V prebavno cev zaidejo običajno ob hranjenju ali po pomoti, psihiatrični bolniki pa jih zaužijejo tudi namenoma. V prispevku avtor predstavi tri bolnice, ki so se v preteklosti zdravile zaradi motenj prehranjevanja in razpoloženja in so pogoltnile zobne ščetke, ko so z draženjem žrela skušale izzvati bruhanje. Opozori na oblike motenj prehranjevanja ter potrebo po usmerjenem iskanju in zagotavljanju primerne obravnave teh motenj.Foreign bodies in the gastrointestinal tract are rarely the cause of an emergency situation. They get in the digestive tube when eating or by accident, psychiatric patients and convicts also deliberately ingest them. The author present three female patients who were being treated in the past for eating and mood disorders and swallowed toothbrush during the throat irritation, when trying to induce vomiting. Attention to different forms of eating disorders, need for a targeted search of these patients and appropriate treatment is mandatory.
