Abstract		Z Mednarodno klasifikacijo funkcioniranja, zmanjšane zmožnosti in zdravja (MKF) klasificiramo posledice bolezni in prvine zdravja oziroma z zdravjem povezano funkcioniranje posameznika. Uporabljamo jo lahko kot statistično, raziskovalno, klinično ali izobraževalno orodje ter kot orodje pri oblikovanju socialne politike. V prispevku predstavljamo različne možnosti za uporabo MKF, predvsem možnost uporabe v raziskavah in klinični praksi, ter naše izkušnje z njeno uporabo.The International classification of functioning, disability and health (ICF) is designed for classifying consequences of disease and elements of health or health-related functioning of a person. It can be used as a statistical, research, clinical or educational tool, as well as a tool for shaping social policy. We present the different possibilities for using the ICF, especially the possibilities for research and clinical practice and our experience with applying the ICF.
