Abstract		The author's aim is to present the actual problems regarding the treatment of bilateral kidney tumours. There are a lot of dilemmas and deontological questions related particularly to the treatment of children' tumours. The child namely can not decide about the treatment of his own disease and the decision remains to be made by his parents, adoptive parents or guardians. Even the adults with bilateral renal tumours are often reluctant to accept the radical surgical treatment with consequent dialysis and eventual transplantation. They rather choose an another regularly less successful mode of therapy.
