Abstract		Nephroblastoma or Wilms' tumour along with neuroblastoma, ranks among the most common solid tumours in children. It occurs mainly between the second and third year of age. Modern multidisciplinary treatment of children with nephroblastoma is successful in 85 percent of cases (1).
