Abstract		V retrospektivni raziskavi smo ocenili uporabo evropske standardne serije alergenov, nekaterih dodatnih standardnih alergenov in pacientovega lastnega materiala v skupini 1345 zaporedno epikutano testiranih pacientov od januarja 2000 do decembra 2009. Od 702 pacienta s pozitivnim testom je 577 (82%) imelo pozitivno reakcijo izključno za nek alergen evropske standardne serije, dodatnih 93 (13%) pa za standardno serijo in dodatne alergene. Ostalih 32 (5%) je imelo pozitivno reakcijo le za dodatne alergene. Zabeleželi smo 1416 pozitivnih testov. Med njimi je 1255 (89%) bilo povzročenih z alergeni evropske standardne serije, 114 (8%) z dodatnimi standardnimi alergeni in 46 (3%) s prinešenim materialom. Prikazani so tudi rezultati testiranja z dodatnimi alergeni, frizersko in zobno serijo alergenov.The use of the European standard series of allergens, some additional standard allergens and patient's own material was evaluated in a retrospective study of 1345 consecutive patch tested patients seen between January 2000 and December 2009. Of the 702 patients with positive patch test results, 577 (82%) reacted to an standard series allergen alone, while additional 93 (13%) had reactions to standard series and supplementary allergens. The remaining 32 (5%) patients reacted only to supplementary allergens. A total number of 1416 positive reactions was registered. Among them 1255 (89%) were caused by the standard series allergens, 114 (8%) by the additional standard allergens and 46(3%) by patient's own material. The results of testing with additional allergens, hairdressing and dental series are also presented.
