Abstract		Quality health care has become the main issue in health care and delivery systems all over the world. All parties in this process pay more and more attention to it. Providers, found and politicans are concerned with quality rendered. Patients are also involved. Money is limited in every kind of health care delivery systems but needs and demands of the patients and also possibilities for patients' care is bigger and bigger. Cost containment is not the main issue of quality assurance but improvement in quality of care has some effect on costs in terms of better health of the population. On workshop manner we try to implement spirit of quality health care, knowledge and methods for quality improvement on all levels. The aim of this book is to show the present state of quality evaluation in other countries, to introduce some aspects of quality assurance in our daily practice and present some emerging methods of quality assessment.
