Abstract		Theoretical background Medical documentation is acquired through history as an important legal document for the exercise of individual rights increasingly important role . Domestic legislation , the health records as a legal important collections of medical data and documents are not defined . Recording the facts and legal storage of important documents is therefore left to the operator . Methods of using the prescriptive method will be determined which laws governing the management of medical documentation, safety and accessibility of health care documents. Based on the descriptive method will be described treatment of medical records within the contractor's medical treatment to exposed regulatory gaps to protect the rights posameznika. Rezultati Through the analysis of the laws governing the management of health records , even after death and prenahanju work izvajlca , we will be carried out inductive reasoning conclusions about the relationship to health dokumentacije.
