Abstract     Z načeli biomehanike in anatomije opišemo delovanje hrbtenice za optimalno prenašanje bremen in premikanje telesa. The principles of biomechanics and anatomy describe the functioning of the spine in order to achieve the optimum carrying of loads and movement of the body. The spine is composed of vertebrae that are connected to each other by joints and intervertebral disc, bonds, veins and nerves. The load estimate of the spine is based on the measurement of forces at L5/S1. Spread of the spine load is the result of many factors. The ergonomic approaches achieve to reduce the burden of the spine and consequently the costs from an economic point of view.
