Abstract     Prispevek predstavlja metode sistemskega pristopa k reševanju problemov, ki nastajajo v okolju kompleksnih sistemov. Metode predstavljamo na sistemu zdravstva v nacionalnem okolju. Predstavljamo sistemsko mišljenje, in sicer kot okvir, ki v svoji celovitosti dopolnjuje analitično mišljenje. Celovitost je predstavljena s povratno zanko in ob upoštevanju okolja kot podsistema, ki vpliva na celoten proces doseganja želene vizije. Preko opisa dogodkov, vzorcev in strukture je razvidno, da razmišljanje na ravni strukture pomeni mišljenje v smislu vzročno-posledičnih povezav, to pa vodi do definicije sistemskega mišljenja. Besednemu opisu problematike zdravstva sledi vzročno-posledični diagram, ki pomaga pri problemksi razpravi. Diagram se imenuje kvalitativni model. Posledično smo razvili in oblikovali kvantitativnimodel simulacije v okviru sistemske dinamike, s katerim predstavljamo obravnavano metodologijo. Iz predstavljenega sledi, da si prav metodologija sistemskega pristopa v prihodnosti zasluži več pozornosti. Prednost metodologije je, da predstavlja eksperimentalno potrditev tistih hipotez, ki sestavljajo pristop in teorijo modeliranja, ki lahko prenese najbolj stroga znanstvena testiranja.In this paper systems approach methodology is presented. It is applied to a national health care system. Systems thinking is shown as a frame, which supplements analytical thinking as a whole. A whole or a system is representedby the feedback structure and the subsystem of environment, which influences the vision achieving process. The description of events, patterns and structure take us to the insight that thinking on a level of structure means cause-consequence thinking, which leads to the definition of systems thinking. A verbal description of a healthcare problem is followed by a causal loop diagram, which helps to discuss the problem categorically. This is a qualitative modelling. A simulation model in a frame of system dynamics as an illustration of the discussed methodology is developed. The systems methodology deserves more attention in the future. Its advantage lies in a fact that it is an experimental confirmation of those hypotheses, which compose the approach and modelling theory, which can survive the most rigorous scientific testing.
