Abstract | Izobraževanje zaposlenih pomeni načrtno in sistematično pridobivanje novega znanja z različnimi oblikami izobraževanja. Le zaposleni, ki se nenehno izobražujejo, so lahko kos spremembam, ki se dogajajo tako v medicini kot v fizioterapiji. Poleg strokovnega izobraževanja in izpopolnjevanja na področju fizioterapije je potrebno tudi znanje iz področja informacijske komunikacijske tehnologije, ki je danes vedno bolj v uporabi. Za izobraževanje ni dovolj samo želja in motiviranost posameznika, ampak tudi financiranje, ki je velikokrat odvisno od posameznika samega. Organizacije za izobraževanje zaposlenih namenijo določeno vsoto finančnih sredstev, ki pa ponavadi ne zadostijo vsem potrebam in željam.Education of employees represent a planed and systematical acquirement of a new knowledge by means of different educational forms. Only employees which are in continual process of education are able to manage changes, which occurs either in medicine as in physiotherapy as well. In addition to the professional education and personal improvement in field of physiotherapy, it is necesary to possess also knowledge of informational and communicational technology, both widely in use today. It is not enough to have only a wish and to be motivated to get and education, but it take salso financial means, which often depends entirely on individual itself. Organizations earmark a certain sum of money for education of employees, but usually it doesn't meet all needs and wishes. | |
