Abstract     Teoretična izhodišča: Izkušnje pacientov o zdravstveni obravnavi so bistvene za popolno oceno kakovosti v zdravstveni negi. Pridobivanje povratnih informacij s pomočjo anket omogoča vedenje o izkušnjah pacientov v kliniki. Na ta način je možno pripraviti predloge izboljšav. Metode: Podatki za raziskovalni del so bili pridobljeni s kvantitativno metodologijo. Zbrani so bili iz obstoječih vprašalnikov o izkušnjah pacientov z zdravstveno obravnavo v Psihiatrični kliniki Ljubljana, ki so jih pacienti izpolnili ob odpustu po končanem zdravljenju. Ankete o izkušnjah so bile izpolnjene v letu 2013. Izpolnjenih je bilo 1009 vprašalnikov. Iz standardiziranega vprašalnika je izločenih in analiziranih sedem trditev, ki se nanašajo na področje zdravstvene nege. Rezultati: Ugotovljeno je bilo, da kar 94,8% anketiranih pacientov meni, da so jih medicinske sestre pogosto oziroma vedno obravnavale vljudno in spoštljivo. 91,4% anketiranih pacientov meni, da jim je medicinska sestra pogosto oziroma vedno pravočasno pomagala, ko so jo potrebovali. 88,4% anketiranih pacientov meni, da medicinske sestre in drugo osebje redko oziroma nikoli niso pred njimi govorili, kot da jih ni. 87,4% anketiranih pacientov meni, da jim je medicinska sestra pogosto oziroma vedno razumljivo odgovorila na zastavljena vprašanja. Diskusija: Dobljeni rezultati raziskave nakazujejo na visoko stopnjo zadovoljstva pacientov z zdravstveno obravnavo na področju zdravstvene nege in ponujajo pomembna izhodišča za nadaljnje raziskovanje na področju izkušenj pacientov z zdravstveno obravnavo na področju zdravstvene nege.Theoretical framework: Patients' experiences of health treatment are crucial for a thorough examination of the quality of health care. Acquiring feedback via questionnaires enables us to become familiar with the patients' experiences in a clinic. Only then suggestions for improvements can be proposed. Methodology: The data for the research part has been acquired by means of quantitative methodology. It has been collected out of the existing questionnaires about the patients' experiences of health treatment after their release from the Psychiatric Clinic Ljubljana. The interviews were conducted in 2013. 1009 questionnaires were completed. Out of the standardized questionnaire, seven statements related to the area of health care have been taken and analysed. Results: According to the findings, 94,8 % of the interviewees say that medical nurses often or always treated them in a polite and respectful manner. 91,4 % of the interviewees say that the medical nurses often or always helped them in good time when they needed assistance. 88,4 % of the interviewees say that medical nurses and other staff rarely or never ignored them in conversations. 87,4 % the interviewees say that the medical staff often or always clearly replied to their queries. Discussion: The findings of the research point to the high satisfaction of patients with health treatment in the area of health care; as such, the findings offer important starting point for further research in the area of patients' experiences of health treatment in the health care area.
