Abstract | V prispevku so sistematično predstavljeni eksperimentalni modeli za preučevanje jetrnega metabolizma učinkovin in vitro. Opisani so naslednji modeli po rastoči stopnji kompleksnosti: rekombinantni encimi, mikrosomi, citosol, S9 frakcija, izolirani hepatociti, celične linije, jetrne rezine in perfundirana jetra. Predstavljene so njihove prednosti, slabosti in omejitve ter področja uporabe.This article gives a systematic review of in vitro experimental models for hepatic drug metabolism. The presented models include: recombinant enzymes, microsomes, cytosol, S9 fraction, isolated hepatocytes, cell lines, liver tissue slices and perfused liver. For each model, a comprehensive overview is given, including application, benefits, and drawbacks. | |
