Abstract		The author is trying to describe in a short way the problems of the pelvic ring and acetabular fractures. Simultaneously he is writing about the medhanics and classification, which is useful for computerisation of the data and was modified by the AO. Further the paper is dealing with diagnosis and surgigal aproaches of the fractures mentioned above. The conservative and operative therapy is disscused. Finaly the proposals of the postoperative therapy are giveven.
