Abstract     Teoretična izhodišča: Skrb predstavlja temeljni koncept zdravstvene nege, zato morajo tako zaposleni, kot študenti pri izvajanju skrbstvene obravnave pacienta upoštevati humano, moralno, etično, kakovostno, holistično in individualno zdravstveno nego. S poudarkom na teoriji skrbi za pacienta po Watsonovi in njenih desetih skrbstvenih procesih smo želeli ugotoviti kakšna je samoocena skrbstvene obravnave s strani študentov in zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi. Metode: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Uporabljeno je bilo uporabljeno poizvedovanje, za metodo zbiranja podatkov pa vprašalnik Watson%s Scale of measuring caring. V raziskavo so sodelovali študenti dodiplomskega študijskega programa Zdravstvena nega prva stopnja in zaposleni v zdravstveni negi. Podatke smo statistično obdelani z računalniškim programom SPSS 20.0, uporabili smo opisno statistiko ter t-test ugotavljanje statistično pomembnih razlik.. Rezultati: Ugotovljeno je bilo, da študenti statistično pomembno višje ocenjujejo štiri proučevane skrbstvene procese, in sicer %humanizem% (t =4,008; p<0,001, %upanje% (t=2,634; p=0,010), %pomoč% (t=4,153; p<0,001) in %izražanje% (t=2,296; p=0,023). Vendar pa v celotni oceni skrbstvene obravnave ni zaznati statistično pomembne razlike (t=1,922; p=0,057) med samooceno študentov in zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi. Razprava: Kljub ugotovljeni visoki samooceni skrbstvene obravnave s strani študentov in zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi je zaslediti, da je v družbi skrbstveni vidik velikokrat zapostavljen in premalo viden. Spoštovanje, razvijanje humanih vrednot in skrbstvena obravnava omogoča študentom in zaposlenim v zdravstveni negi večje zadovoljstvo pri delu in osebnostno rast.Introduction: Caring is a fundamental concept of nursing, so both employees and students must account human, moral, ethical, high-quality, holistic and individual care in implementing the caring treatment of a patient. By focusing on a theory of care for the patient after Watson and her ten-care processes, we wanted to determine the self-assessment of caring attention from students and employees in nursing. Methods: The study was based on quantitative methodology. As a research method queries were used and for the data collection method we used a questionnaire (Watson%s Scale of measuring caring). In the research nursing students and employees in nursing were included. Computer program SPSS 20.0 was used. For the determination of a statistically significant difference t - test was used. Results: We found a statistically significant difference between self-assessment of students and employees in nursing in four care processes, namely %humanism% (t = 4.008; p <0.001, %hope% (t = 2.634; p = 0.010) %help% (t = 4.153; p <0.001) and %expression% (t = 2.296; p = 0.023). However, in the overall assessment of the caring treatment we did not find a statistically significant difference (t = 1.922; p = 0057) between the self-assessment of students and employees in nursing.
