Title     Pomen izobraževanja zaposlenih v patronažni dejavnosti pri obravnavanju žensk, žrtev nasilja v družini

Abstract     Teoretična izhodišča: Namen pilotne raziskave je proučiti ovire pri odkrivanju žensk, žrtev nasilja v družini v patronažni dejavnosti in vpliv izobraževanja na zmanjševanje ovir. Metode: V pilotni raziskavi je sodelovalo 30 zaposlenih v patronažni dejavnosti. Uporabili smo kvantitativno raziskovalno metodo. Podatki so pridobljeni s strukturiranim vprašalnikom in obdelani s programom SPSS Statistics 21. Prikazana je opisna statistika, hipoteze so potrjevane na podlagi t- vrednosti ter p %vrednosti pri < 0,05. Rezultati: Le 21,4% zaposlenih s področja patronažne dejavnosti se je v zadnjih petih letih udeležilo izobraževanja s področja nasilja in 20,7 % na pobudo delodajalca. Večina zaposlenih 86, 7% pozna Zakon o preprečevanju nasilja v družini, veliko manj (46,7%) pozna področni pravilnik. V zadnjih petih letih je pri svojem delu 44,8% zaposlenih v patronažni dejavnosti obravnavalo primer nasilja v družini. Ugotovile so se statistično značilne razlike pri zaposlenih v patronažni dejavnosti, ki so obiskali izobraževanje, da bolje prepoznajo žrtve nasilja v družini in bolje poznajo pravilnik o pravilih in postopkih pri obravnavanju žrtev nasilja, medtem ko niso ugotovljene statistično pomembne razlike med izobraževanjem in odnosom do žrtev nasilja v družini ter izobraževanjem in subjektivno oceno zaposlenih o usposobljenosti za pogovor in za prepoznavo znakov nasilja nad ženskami. Razprava: Ugotovitve raziskave kažejo na pozitiven pomen izobraževanja na prepoznavo primerov nasilja v družini in poznavanje zakonodaje.Theoretical background: The purpose of this research is to study the obstacles to discovering women who are victims of domestic violence within community nursing care, and the effect education has on reducing these obstacles. Methods: 30 community nurses were involved in the study. We used the quantitative survey method. The data was gained with a structured questionnaire and processed with the SPSS program. The descriptive statistics was shown; the hypothesis was confirmed based on t-value and p-value. P<0.05 signified statistical importance. Results: Community nurses have, in the last five years, participated in education about violence, of their own initiative 21.4 % and 20.7 % on their employer%s initiative. Most employees (86.7 %) know the Prevention of Domestic Violence Law, a lot less (46.7 %) know the executive act. In the last five years 44.8 % of community nurses dealt with a case of domestic violence in the course of their work. Statistically significant differences do appear with those workers that did attend the education; they recognize victims of domestic violence better and know the rulebook of rules and procedures of dealing with victims of violence. Meanwhile we did not find any statistically important changes regarding education and the attitude towards victims of domestic violence, and the subjective appraisals of qualification for conversing and recognition of signs of domestic violence in women. Discussion: The findings of the research show a positive influence of educating on the recognition and procedures of dealing with violence, and show a low recognition of victims of domestic violence.
