Abstract		Die kombinierte Operation hat in der mikrochirurgischen Katarkt-Glaukomtherapie ihren festen Platz. Die Autoren analysieren 26 Patienten. Der Augeninnendruck ist 0,5 bis 5 Jahre postoperativ bei 92,29% normal, davon bei 61,53% ohne Zusatztherapie. Bei der Indikationstellung für die Operation teilen sie die Patienten in 3 Gruppen ein. Wenn das Glaukom medikamentös kompensiert ist, wird nur die Katarakt entfernt und die Antiglaukomtherapie fortgesetzt. Wenn das Glaukom dekompensiert ist, der Patient aber nur eine beginnende Katarakt hat, ist die Entscheidung individuell. Entweder nur die Antiglaukomoperation oder die kombinierte Operation kommt in Betracht. Bei Patienten mit medikamentös dekompensiertem Glaukom und fortgeschrittener Katarakt wird in der Regel kombiniert operiert. Auch für die Tripel-Operation ist dieses Verfahren geeignet.The combined cataract-glaucoma operation holds its place in microsurgical cataract and glaucoma therapy. The authors analysed 26 patients. In a period of0,5-5years after surgery eye pressure was normal in 92,29%, of these in 61,53% without additional therapy. In setting the indication for the operation the autors divided his patients into 3 groups. When the glaucoma was compensated by drugs, onlycataract extraction was performed and antiglaucoma drug therapy was continued. If the glaucoma was decompensated andthe patient had only an initial cataract, the decision was made individually. Either only the antiglaucoma operation or the combined operationinto consideration. In eyes with drug decompensated glaucoma and progressed cataract the combined operation was chosen as a rule. Such an apprpoach is also adequate for the triple-operation.
