Abstract     Adverse drug reactions reporting to the national centre for pharmacovigilance at the University Me- dical Centre Ljubljana (UMCL) is mandatory for all health workers. National centre for pharmacovigi- lance collects and assesses reports of suspected adverse drug reactions and forwards them to the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Medicines and Medical Devices (JAZMP), which maintains the national database and publishes annual reports on reported adverse drug reactions. 1181 suspected adverse drug reactions were reported in Slovenia in 2014 (7). In 2015, online adverse drug reaction re- porting system was introduced that can be acces- sed at http://kf.kclj.si and JAZMP and UMCL homepages. The introduction of online reporting and its integration with hospital information systems is expected to increase the number of reported ad- verse drug reactions.
