Abstract		The importance of mutual or congruent communication is well known. Communication is in fact a learning process which can be attained and applied in all types of mutual relations. Knowledge of communication types and levels is very important for all professions and fields committed to helping individuals and groups. Quality as well as quantity and effectiveness of help depends on adequate communication, adjusted to social circumstances. Communication is essential for interpersonal relations, and adequate relation between a professional (doctor) and a patient is essential for successful treatment.
